At Veenus Flowers USA, we are committed to delivering fresh, high-quality floral arrangements and ensuring customer satisfaction. Due to the perishable nature of our products, please review our refund and return policy carefully.

  1. Perishable Product Policy

Because flowers are perishable and time-sensitive, we do not offer returns on delivered floral arrangements unless there is a quality issue or the wrong item was sent.

  1. Refund Eligibility

You may be eligible for a refund or replacement under the following conditions:

  • The flowers arrived damaged or wilted
  • The wrong product was delivered
  • Your order was not delivered as scheduled (due to our error)
  • There is a billing issue or duplicate charge
  1. How to Request a Refund

If there is an issue with your order, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery with the following:

  • Order number
  • Photo of the product received
  • Description of the issue

We will review your request and respond within 1–2 business days.

  1. Non-Refundable Situations

Refunds or replacements will not be issued in the following cases:

  • Incorrect delivery address provided by the customer
  • Recipient not available at the time of delivery
  • Delivery refused by the recipient
  • Minor variations in color or flower types due to seasonal availability
  1. Cancellations

Orders can be canceled only if the cancellation request is made at least 24 hours before the scheduled delivery time. Once the order has been arranged or dispatched, it cannot be canceled or refunded.

  1. Substitutions

We may substitute flowers or vases of equal or greater value due to seasonal or regional availability. This does not qualify for a refund.
